Apraxys is a Tonga-based operating group that builds businesses around practical market needs and converts operating experience into scalable systems, technology and intelligence products.

Apraxys began with consultancy work and grew by reinvesting operating revenue into each successive stage of the business — first mobility, then connectivity, and now intelligent systems.
That progression created a distinctive operating model. Problems are encountered in real businesses, understood through direct experience, converted into systems and then assessed for broader commercial application.
Today, VPC Rentals and AIRIUM are active revenue-generating businesses. VOX Intelligent Engines is the Group’s technology portfolio, including VOX for operational intelligence and institutional memory, PROMEUM for industrial risk and mitigation intelligence, and ORBICUM for pre-purchase connectivity intelligence.
The businesses serve different markets, but they share the same underlying discipline: identify a defined problem, build the mechanism required to solve it, test it in practice and determine whether that solution can scale.

Mobility
VPC Rentals operates an active revenue-generating vehicle rental business in Tonga, providing Apraxys with direct experience in customer transactions, logistics, asset utilisation and service delivery. Selected rentals also include AIRIUM connectivity products.
Connectivity
AIRIUM is an active revenue-generating business providing international eSIM connectivity. It operates independently, with selected products also bundled with VPC Rentals. Its transaction environment provides the operating knowledge from which ORBICUM emerged.
Intelligent Systems
VOX Intelligent Engines converts operating knowledge into scalable technology. Its portfolio includes VOX for organisational intelligence, PROMEUM for industrial risk and mitigation, and ORBICUM for connectivity decisions before customers purchase eSIM products.

Not every corporate asset needs to be intangible.
Pollax began as part of the personality of the original Very Popular Cars business and has developed into a recognisable brand and digital-assistant identity across the wider Apraxys ecosystem.
One character carried across a growing group.
Pollax I has been part of VPC Rental Club from the early years of the business and remains associated with the original Very Popular Cars customer experience.
As Apraxys expanded beyond vehicle rental, the Pollax identity expanded with it. Pollax II now represents the broader Group and provides a consistent character across Apraxys digital products and customer-facing environments.
